Roasting Schedule

*Holidays will affect roasting and shipping times
All coffee roasting is done on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, the beans will be sent out for delivery that same day for optimal freshness. Orders will need to be placed prior to 5PM Pacific time the previous day in order to be included in the days roast, otherwise they will be roasted on the next roasting day.
