If your roasted coffee is stored properly it can be enjoyed with its best flavor profiles for up to two weeks. After that, you can still enjoy premium taste but the flavor will begin to diminish. We recommend storing your roasted coffee in an opaque, airtight container away from heat, light and moisture.
The optimal time to brew up your beans after roasting is between 4 days to about two weeks. Your beans will still certainly be good after a couple weeks if stored well, but their keenest flavor will be on display within that first week or two.
